ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support the launch of a new, high-growth men’s health clinic near Rochester. This is a foundational role within a brand-new clinic, offering the opportunity to work in a modern, outpatient setting focused on hormone optimization, wellness, and preventative care.

This position is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, patient relationships, and a streamlined clinical model without the constraints of traditional healthcare systems.

About the Clinic

  • New location opening early June 2026
  • Specialized in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), sexual health, peptide therapy, and weight management (GLP-1)
  • Patient-focused, provider-led care with customized treatment plans

 Position Overview

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a primary clinical provider, responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing management within a men’s health and wellness model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories
  • Diagnose and manage conditions related to hormone imbalance, weight management, and sexual health
  • Prescribe and manage TRT, GLP-1 medications, and peptide therapies
  • Order and interpret laboratory testing
  • Perform and/or oversee injections and clinical treatments
  • Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and clinical guidelines
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care

Requirements

  • Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license (APRN)
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
  • DEA license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP
  • Experience in primary care, men’s health, endocrinology, or wellness-based medicine preferred
  • Comfortable working in a cash-pay / concierge-style environment
  • Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and patient engagement skills
  • EMR/EHR proficiency required

Preferred Experience

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) management
  • Hormone optimization or functional medicine
  • Weight loss programs (GLP-1 therapies)
  • Preventative and lifestyle-based care models
