ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support the launch of a new, high-growth men’s health clinic near Rochester. This is a foundational role within a brand-new clinic, offering the opportunity to work in a modern, outpatient setting focused on hormone optimization, wellness, and preventative care.

Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a primary clinical provider, responsible for patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing management within a men’s health and wellness model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories
- Diagnose and manage conditions related to hormone imbalance, weight management, and sexual health
- Prescribe and manage TRT, GLP-1 medications, and peptide therapies
- Order and interpret laboratory testing
- Perform and/or oversee injections and clinical treatments
- Develop individualized care plans and monitor patient progress
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
Requirements
- Active Minnesota Nurse Practitioner license (APRN)
- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
- DEA license required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience as an NP
- Experience in primary care, men’s health, endocrinology, or wellness-based medicine preferred
- Comfortable working in a cash-pay / concierge-style environment
- Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and patient engagement skills
- EMR/EHR proficiency required

- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) management
- Hormone optimization or functional medicine
- Weight loss programs (GLP-1 therapies)
