ISO Workforce Alliance is actively seeking Medical Aides to support the launch of a new, high-growth men’s health clinic in Minnesota. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new clinic opening with an established provider specializing in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), weight management (GLP-1), peptide therapy, and sexual health services.

Position Overview
The Medical Aide will support clinical operations, assist providers with patient care, and ensure a seamless patient experience in a fast-paced, modern outpatient clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient intake, vitals, and documentation
- Prepare patients for TRT, peptide, and wellness treatments
- Administer injections (as permitted by licensure/state guidelines)
- Support lab draws, specimen handling, and coordination
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Ensure clinic rooms are prepared, stocked, and compliant
- Provide patient education and support throughout treatment plans
Requirements
- Active Minnesota certification required (one of the following):
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred but not required
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience in a medical setting
- Experience with injections, hormone therapy, or wellness services strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a men’s health / hormone therapy environment
- Strong patient communication and professionalism
- EMR/EHR experience required
Preferred Experience
- TRT / hormone replacement therapy exposure
- Weight loss or GLP-1 program support
- Phlebotomy experience
- Outpatient clinic or concierge-style medicine
Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly rate approximately $25/Hr with exceptional healthcare benefits
