Position Overview

The Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while delivering an elevated patient experience in a newly developed clinical environment.

As part of the founding imaging team, this professional will collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing teams, physicians, and department leadership to ensure accurate imaging, exceptional patient safety, and seamless workflow execution.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in:

• Digital Radiography
• Diagnostic X-Ray
• Portable Imaging
• Fluoroscopy support
• Trauma and emergency imaging
• Hospital-based radiology workflows
• Outpatient and inpatient imaging services

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures
• Prepare and position patients for X-ray imaging studies
• Ensure image quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Operate advanced digital radiology equipment
• Support providers with urgent and routine imaging needs
• Maintain strict radiation safety and ALARA standards
• Accurately document procedures in PACS/RIS and EMR systems
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Active California Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT certification required
• Current BLS certification
