Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Recreational Therapist (CTRS) to support a health system in Grand Forks, ND.

This role focuses on helping patients improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being through therapeutic recreation and structured activities in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement therapeutic recreation programs
• Support patients in developing leisure and coping skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust activity plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required
• Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or related field
• Experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation, or clinical setting preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $22–$32/hour depending on experience and setting
