Job Description:

We are currently hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support a health system in Grand Forks, ND.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment across a variety of settings, helping individuals improve functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional abilities and daily living skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in North Dakota or ability to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Prior clinical experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $40–$55/hour depending on experience, setting, and schedule
