Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in High Point, NC to support individuals in an outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment program.
This role focuses on providing counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support to individuals in recovery, working closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling for substance use and behavioral health needs
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Support patients in recovery through ongoing engagement and care coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with program standards
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff
Requirements:
- Active LCAS license (North Carolina)
- Experience in substance use treatment, behavioral health, or outpatient settings preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
