Job Description:

We are currently hiring Community Mental Health Workers (CHWs) in High Point, NC to support individuals receiving outpatient behavioral health and substance use treatment services.

This role focuses on daily support, connection, and helping individuals stay engaged in their care, working alongside a clinical team in a structured program setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to individuals in behavioral health and recovery programs
• Assist with check-ins, engagement, and patient support
• Help connect individuals to community resources and services
• Support care plans alongside clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in behavioral health, social services, or community support preferred
• Comfortable working with individuals in recovery or substance use treatment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work early morning shifts as needed
