Job Description:

We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for behavioral health opportunities in Elk City, OK.

This role supports patients in inpatient mental health and senior care settings, working alongside a clinical team to provide consistent, compassionate care.

This is a strong fit for LPNs with experience or interest in psych, substance use, or behavioral health environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting
• Support patients with mental health and/or substance use needs
• Administer medications and monitor patient status
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and care teams

Requirements:

• Active Oklahoma LPN license
• Behavioral health or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient support skills
