Schedule: 3 days/week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (7.5 paid hours/day, 0.5 unpaid lunch)
Weekly Hours: ~24 hours

About the Role

ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a local school district in the Broomfield area to identify a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term leave coverage assignment at the elementary level.

This is an in-person only position supporting students in a structured school setting with a manageable caseload.

Position Details

• Elementary school setting
• Caseload: Less than 30 students
• Schedule aligned with student contact days only
• Some flexibility based on school/principal needs
• Short-term assignment covering a leave of absence

Requirements

• Active Colorado SLP license (CDE or CDE COOL)
• Prior school/classroom experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site (in-person only)

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $50–$60/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
