Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Los Fresnos, TX 

ISO Workforce Alliance is actively hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an on-site contract position in Los Fresnos, TX for the remainder of the school year.

This role supports a school district with a focus on student evaluations, therapy services, and collaboration with Special Education teams.

Pay:

• $60–$75/hour (based on experience and credentials)

• Weekly pay

Job Details:

• Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

• On-site position

• Contract through the end of the school year

• Mixed caseload (therapy + evaluations)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations

• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and families

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license (TX or eligible)

• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on support)

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
