Job Title: Elementary Special Education Teacher 

Pay: $45–$55/hour
Schedule: Full-time, school hours

ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a dedicated Elementary Special Education Teacher to support a self-contained classroom in the Dorchester, SC area (29477). This role is ideal for an educator experienced in supporting students with intellectual disabilities and moderate to severe needs in a structured classroom environment.

Position Overview:
• Elementary self-contained classroom
• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student goals
• Provide differentiated instruction and individualized support
• Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Maintain compliance with state and district documentation requirements

Qualifications:
• South Carolina Special Education Multi-Categorical certification
• Experience in self-contained or mod/severe settings preferred
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload and maintain compliance timelines
