Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) – Grapeview, Washington

ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech Language Pathologist to support students in this community.  This role is ideal for clinicians who value connection, autonomy, and the ability to see the measurable impact of their work across an entire school community.

As the school-based SLP, you will:
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement compliant IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and social communication
• Collaborate closely with educators and families
• Maintain documentation aligned with IDEA and state regulations

CFY Mentorship Available: We provide structured supervision and mentorship support for Clinical Fellows, including weekly check-ins and documentation guidance to ensure successful CCC attainment.

Compensation & Benefits:
