About Us

ISO Workforce Alliance partners with local schools across California to provide high-quality educational and clinical support services. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students at school sites in the Inglewood area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Support and implement treatment plans aligned with student goals

• Assist with screenings, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation

• Maintain detailed and accurate service logs

• Work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school teams

• Support students’ communication, social, and academic development

Qualifications

• Active California SLPA License (required)

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to follow treatment plans and work independently

• Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping students
