
ISO Education – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-Time | School-Year Position
Hourly Pay: $80–$90/hour
ISO Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with speech, language, and communication needs in school-based settings across California. This role is open to new graduates and experienced clinicians and includes assessment, direct services, IEP participation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams.
Conduct speech and language assessments and support eligibility determinations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
Track student progress, document services, and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings, SSTs, parent conferences, and team collaboration
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and confidential student records
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student communication needs
Education & Experience
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
New graduates welcome (school-based experience preferred but not required)
Required Credentials
Valid California SLP Services Credential or CA Speech-Language Pathology License
ASHA CCC preferred but not required
Valid CA Driver’s License and insurance (for travel between school sites, if applicable)
Ability to complete required onboarding and compliance training post-offer
Assessment and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
Familiarity with IEP and 504 processes (training and support provided as needed)
Strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Clear communication and professionalism in school-based environments
