Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Location: Palm Springs, California 92262
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Contract Type: Contractor (W-2)
Pay Range: $60–$70 per hour

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support one of our partner schools in Palm Springs, CA. This position is ideal for someone who values a collaborative school environment and is committed to helping students reach their communication goals.

Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress
• Develop and update IEP goals and service plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet timelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Support students in both general education and special education settings

Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California SLP license (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
