
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Gardner, IL (60450)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Dates: January 6, 2026 – May 22, 2026 (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Overview:
We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide maternity leave coverage from January 6, 2026, through May 22, 2026. This is a full-time, school-based position supporting multiple programs across the district.
The BCBA will provide both direct and consultative behavioral support for students from early childhood through transition age, collaborating with teachers, program coordinators, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes. Caseloads vary in intensity, from daily classroom support to consultative monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
Provide consultation and modeling for teachers and staff
Monitor data and adjust interventions based on student progress
Support team meetings and IEP development
Promote evidence-based practices and positive behavioral interventions
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (required)
Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
Strong collaboration, data analysis, and communication skills
Ability to support diverse student populations and behavioral needs
