Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

ISO Workforce Alliance is hiring BCBAs to support students in a partner school district in East Haven, CT. Our team specializes in connecting skilled education professionals with districts that need strong, reliable support.

Position Overview
This role will primarily serve students in PreK–2nd grade in an urban school setting. The BCBA will provide student assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, and collaborate with school teams to ensure effective supports are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior plans
• Support evidence-based strategies that promote positive behaviors
• Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs and other instructional staff
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Must meet Connecticut licensing requirements for Behavior Analysts (Master’s degree in a related field, BACB certification, and state licensure or eligibility)
• Experience in school-based or early childhood settings preferred
• Strong skills in supervision, collaboration, and positive reinforcement
