  • Choose your schedule—full-time, part-time, or flexible contract options.

  • Partner with a team that gets it—ISO Workforce Alliance specializes in placing education professionals where they can make the biggest impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Stay current on California Department of Education and ASHA best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • California Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential or waiver eligibility for school-based positions
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • CCC from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship (CF) with appropriate supervision

Perks & Benefits

  • Weekly pay—no waiting for the end of the month
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance options (W2)
  • Retirement plan contributions (W2)
  • Paid professional development & mentorship opportunities
