ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a college preparatory high school serving students in grades 9–12. This is a part-time opportunity with a manageable caseload and a supportive team environment.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 2–3 days per week

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Caseload: Fewer than 30 students

• Setting: High school (college prep)

• Pay: $60–$70 per hour

• Location: Country Club Hills / Oak Forest Area

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students in grades 9–12

• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and monitor progress

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

• Offer both individual and small-group interventions

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois SLP license

• Experience with high school students preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage a small, focused caseload effectively
