Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Vacaville / Greater Solano County

Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (½ hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $90–$100/hr

ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to support K–12 students across multiple school sites in the Vacaville / Solano County area. Multiple openings are available across various grade levels.

You are encouraged to apply if you hold an active SLP license — a CTC credential is not required for this role.


Position Details:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

  • $90–$100/hr (W2 with benefits or 1099 option)

  • Working with K–12 students across several school sites

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Providing direct therapy

    • Completing speech and language assessments

    • Presenting at IEP meetings with families and administrators

    • Monitoring initial and triennial timelines

    • Writing reports and progress updates

    • Collecting and maintaining data on all IEP goals

    • Using data to report progress and guide treatment decisions
